ASTM International veröffentlicht zahlreiche Werkstoff- und Produktspezifikationen für Rohre aus Kohlenstoffstahl, legierten Stählen, nichtrostenden Stählen und Duplexstählen. Sie enthalten je nach Anwendungsbereich unter anderem Anforderungen an Werkstoffe, Herstellung, Abmessungen, mechanische Eigenschaften, Wärmebehandlung und Prüfung.
